 HOW FAR AHEAD OF THE RESET DATE CAN I RECEIVE AN ARM LEAD?
You can receive an ARM lead with appended property data as early as 120 days before the ARM reset date. This allows you to purchase leads in a way that fits you sales strategy – whether you use direct mail, telemarketing, or both. Not planning a long-term campaign? You can order ARM leads scheduled to reset in 90, 60 or even 30 days.
 HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE NEW ARM LEADS?
More than 95% of ARM leads reset on the first of the month. As a result, you will receive your ARM leads monthly on or near the [ INSERT DATE ].
 IN WHAT FORMATS CAN I RECEIVE MY ARM LEADS?
Your ARM leads with appended property data can be sent as an email attachment in a variety of formats: Excel, CSV (comma separate), Word Document, or .PDF file. You choose what works for you!
 AM I ABLE TO REPLACE A "BAD” ARM LEAD?
Yes! Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We will replace your ARM lead whenever:
- It contains incorrect contact data (i.e. telephone number is not valid)
- The ARM lead refinanced before you received the lead.
It’s easy to request a replacement for a “bad” lead. Simply click the "replace a lead" button and visit the web page. We ask that you allow up to 2 business days the approval of your replacement request. If you are not sure if your lead can be replaced, just e-mail us. Our support team is happy to help!
 WHAT ARE THE CLOSING RATES FOR YOUR ARM LEADS?
Given the low cost of an ARM lead, a conversion rate of even just 1% (1 in 100 leads) would net an return of over 100% for a typical loan. At a conversion of 2% that ROI grows to 300% and by a 5% conversion, the ROI is 900% (this example assumes a commission value of $3000). That is a short-term result. It does not include referrals our clients receive from satisfied customers they gained from their initial leads! Remember: Once you purchase an ARM lead, it belongs to you. You can market to the lead before, during, and even after their reset date until they refinance.
 ISN’T ARM DATA AVAILABLE AS PUBLIC RECORDS?
You can obtain mortgage and title information from public sources, provided you have the time and resources to do so. Be forewarned: Public records will not always reveal if a loan has been refinanced, what the original interest rate was, or what rate can reset to. In addition, public records do not always include homeowner’s phone number. Often the phone number is outdated. Even if the phone number is working, you will not know if it is listed on the national Do Not Call registry. Keep in mind that fully 80% of all phone numbers in public records are on the National Do Not Call Registry. ARMSource fills in all the gaps in public records. You get accurate loan and property information and phone numbers that are Do Not Call-compliant. Plus, we replace our “bad” leads with replacement ARM leads you can convert.

 HOW DO I PAY FOR ARM LEADS ONLINE?
When ordering online, you must pay with a credit card. Once you have set up your ARMSource account, we will ask you to sign and return a credit card authorization agreement and a purchase order agreement.
 WHY DO YOU NEED A SIGNED CREDIT CARD USAGE AGREEMENT?
We are able to keep your costs lower by preventing unauthorized credit card charges. As a result, ARMSource requires all new clients to submit a signed credit card agreement. By ensuring that all credit card usage is authorized by the cardholder, we protect you and keep costs down. The credit card usage agreement needs to be completed only once.
